To
ensure a high level of service and quality, our Project Management,
Protocol Setup and Site Services areas function within one unified
department known as Client Services. This department is comprised
of dedicated project teams that work closely with each sponsor from
the time of study award through study closeout and database lock.
Each project team includes the following members:
- Project Manager,
who is the study sponsor’s primary point of contact for
all laboratory needs throughout the life of the study. The Project
Manager oversees all study activities and coordinates all communications
between the sponsor and internal laboratory departments to ensure
that every aspect of the study is being performed to sponsor expectations.
- Protocol Setup Specialist,
who works closely with the Project Manager to develop a custom
study database that appropriately captures, formats and manages
subject demographics, test results and other important study parameters.
The Protocol Setup Specialist also develops the study-specific
investigator manual and requisitions.
- Site Service Specialists,
who support each investigator site to answer questions, resolve
any demographic discrepancies and ensure that when your study
sites need assistance, quality laboratory support is a phone call
away.
In addition to the above, each team
has a Project Team Lead, who provides higher-level guidance, as
needed. The Project Team Lead also provides sponsor support in the
event that the Project Manager is unavailable, offering added assurance
that each study is managed with continuity and professionalism.
The Client Services Department is
under the direction of the Vice President of Client Services who
has extensive industry experience in clinical development and central
laboratory services. |
