and efficient contracting processes and accurate billing are two

In keeping with the provisions of
the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, ICON Central Laboratories requires
a signed contract before initiating work on a study. Once the contract
has been executed, your Project Team will begin the setup and study
planning process. Many of our clients prefer to establish a Master
Services Agreement that establishes the business terms for all studies
supported by ICON Central Laboratories and simply requires the execution
of a work order for each new study.
ICON Central Laboratories provides
a detailed billing statement to enable our clients to readily understand
the source of the expense. Our fees are billed on a monthly basis,
in arrears, and are detailed by visit and by test.
